Initially a builder's spec home, the duplex boasted a clean, modern base. We embraced this aesthetic, opting to introduce warmth through white oak furnishings and intricate millwork details. Our chosen neutral color palette, accented with bold blacks and softened with gentle pastel tones, complemented the space's modern architecture.
